On BBC World there was a report on a vaccine that would keep people
from feeling the effects of drugs. Starting with trials on cocaine,
the vaccine is designed to keep the drug in the bloodstream and
prevent it from reaching the brain. In other words, you can't get
high. Plans are to extend research and trials to cannabis and
alcohol. 'Frop would be next.

Gee, that would work great in combination with a new vaccine
that I've been working on. It blocks endorphines, so the victim,
er, the subject, will have no way to block any of their pain
receptors!

Now all I have to do is come up with some way of keeping them
conscious longer. It causes a mild discomfort, sort of like
going through heroin withdrawl in a room full of strobe lights,
klaxon horns and Wendy O. Williams at 140 dB, a belt-sander
chest massage and a swarm of bees stinging your arms and legs,
ALL AT THE SAME TIME!

And then I need some way to make it pulmonary-contagious.

Clones are the answer.

Get your clones to go kidnap them.

Just make sure their DNA is unstable, so they turn
into grape jelly in 24 hrs. if they screw up and
get captured. Funnier than hell when they dissolve
in a cell. I would love to see the look on those
cops' faces.

I'm sure they'll start with vaccinating people accused of drug crimes. Or
people associated witgh them. Or people who MIGHT be doing drugs someday.
After that, the MANDATORY childhood vaccinations should be a pushover.
I don't suppose you guys want to hear about the TV chip small enough to fit
in your EYEBALL.

First you have to vaccinate "the children."

Think about it: no civil rights, ritalin, protecting 'the innocents'
from the "horrors" of sinful knowledge (ala Garden of Eden/State of
Nature), if they don't sample drugs when they are "young and
impressionable" they are much less likely to do so as adults, and it
is legal to imprison them in psychiatric facilities without legal
recourse.

You can do anything you want *to* the children, as long as it is
"for the children."
