Photoshop has a bloated pricetag!
Try GIMP instead... also free and a hellafat download.
It's almost as good as photoshop but not as easy. It also doesn't
require as much computer power as Adobe does.

Almost as good but not as easy and costs less than free. SOUNDS GREAT.
