I just realized that if you add up all the presents in 12 Days of Xistmas,
and count the repetitions, it adds up to 364. I did not do the math myself,
but relied on something I read in the paper. SO I guess the sum...

1+2+3+4+5+6+7+8+9+10+11+12
adds up to 364, plus Xmas day, gets you to the number of days in a year.
I consider this significant somehow, like how to construct a 12 day Xistmas
giving algorithm so that you end up with a present every day of the new
year.
The only trouble is, it's a fuck of a lot of birds when you think of it.
Mostly squawky ones, too. Pretty bisexual, as well...all those leaping
lords, for example, and drummers (of unspecified sex) mixed in with the
milking maids.
I suppose the lords are leaping because they can't sit down any more.
At least it doesn't add up to 111.
