Shark with Champagne Vinegar salad dressing is good!

All the vinegar talk reminded me.

Just get a big hunk of shark, and put it on a broiler pan.

Take a bottle of store bought Champagne Vinegar salad dressing,
and add as much fresh sliced or mooshed garlic as you like,
and broil the shark meat basting it with the Champagne Vinegar salad
dressing.

Easy, not too pricey and tastey!

Don't put the oven rack too close to the top.
