It means people who march into a crowd and lick those funky lollipops
with the dessicated scorpions in the middle for the shock value are
running dry of new ideas, or at least amusing hybrids of same. Well,
that's one possible interpretation, anyway.

A lot like "Wild Boyz" on MTV last weekend. These two guys from "Jackass"
are over in India and they find this beggar with hideously deformed and
filthy feet, and so naturally they start licking them. One of the foot
lickers starts gagging and puking immediately. Made for some good TV though.

That happened to me ONCE. Except I was the lickee. And it wasn't my feet
they were licking. Too bad, if it wasn't for my bout of explosive diarrhea,
I could've gotten a really nice rim job from the cute chick. But she started
spewing from her mouth shortly after I spewed from my ass. Don't remember
much after that... Explosive bowels sure don't come in handy some times.
