Well, thanks a lot for all the advice on all the radio stuff to all who
gave it. (Sorry I got high and posted a freaking doctorate thesis in
that thread.) Anyway, I did take a lot from the the advice, someone
suggested a theme song, that was a good one. Thinking of mining Kazza
or Sharebear for some obscure pro-wrestler entrance themes to call my
own, which are basically instrumentals with little to no vocals to get
in the way of my oh so pithy thoughts. Bill Goldberg used to have a
great one back in the day when I liked pro-wrestling, so did Mick
Foley.
The show will be titled either "The Paul Casino Radio SubGenius Show"
or "Third Rail Radio". I'm not sure if I heard that last one somewhere
else AGES ago and it just stuck in my head dormant until I actually
thought it was my OWN idea, that's the only reason why I'm hesitant. Do
any of you know what that's like? It sounds good and solid and RIGHT,
but also strangely familiar. If anyone knows for sure, tell me. It'll
be about 1/2 hour to start, expanded to 1 hour if it does well,
possibility of moving to a better time slot than 3:30 A fucking M as
well. No pay, didn't expect any, understand that's something that I'm
going to have to get used to when working the underground raido scene.
Kicking off the first show with the theme of "crazy", keeping "Bob"
talk to kind of a mininum for the first outing for fear of alienating
the untrained minds. I choose to do the control freak editing path for
the first few shows, then slowly slide into live as I break all my
"ya'know" habbits. The main chunk of the first show will be me going
back and forth with myself, performing the little skit by Janor about
him and his shrink that was posted here a while ago, eddited for time,
content and context, all with the proper credit given when due, of
course.
My plan is to post the full show on alt.binaries.slack as soon as I can
figure out how to access the newsgroup. I'm a computer idiot, so much
so that all my posting is done through google groups. I know there's a
thread on the SubSite on how to get on alt.binaries.slack with the
newsreader, I just need to call my ISP or something. Not my most
pressing concern right this second, hopefully by Monday, we'll be
golden on that one.
Thanks again to all, I'll let you know how it works.

Nix on the first, but thumbs up on the second. However, "The Cheshire
Nihilist Bones Your Pudgy Sister" is also really catchy. Having people
even mention the title to one another will cause a certain number of
fistfights.

hint: many obsolete Playstation 1 game CDs have audio-style CD tracks
which can be ripped. there were quite a few wrestling games, from memory.
praise god-damned "Bob".
