WHEN Kathryn Cuthbertson took the stand in the NSW
Supreme Court yesterday, she refused to touch the
Bible.

"I don't know who's been in this court, who's
touched the Bible, whether it's a criminal," the
former Westmead hospital technician said.

The 28-year-old developed obsessive compulsive
disorder after a laboratory accident, the court
was told, and was afraid to touch anything which
might contaminate her...
