Well it doesn't under Firefox.
But the JavaScript embedded reveals this:
document.location="http://fuck43.com/fwww/handler.php";
but that location does not appear to do anything, except contain:
document.location='http://www.allsitesaccess.com/main.htm?id=Richard';

On subsequent inspecton, I just discovered I'd switched JavaScript off
