I'm not talking about pro wrestlers who Subgeniusize in the privacy of
their own dwellings; I mean pro wrestlers whose connection to "Bob" is
a central theme of their gimmicks.

It depends what they're wrestling with.
Some of them even wrestle getting their
depends on.

I don't know what you're talking about.
I've never met you before in my life.
That story sounds like utter bullshit.
I wasn't there and it wasn't me.
I am *not* in denial. Shut up.

It seems to me that as SubGeniuses, most of our LIVES mirror some sort
of bizzaire and savage pro-wrastlin' extravaganza. The past few weeks
for me at least have been a series of spec-TAC-ular pratfalls off the
top of steel cage that is LOVE. It was great, they used the steel
folding chair and everything, my self-esteem is lower than a worm's
ball sack and I LOVE it! Oh, it's PANDEMODIUM EVERYWHERE!

See?
So why not earn the whatever-sized bucks the pro wrestlers earn?

Thinking about this again, if any of you have the chance to read Mick
Foley's autobiography, "Have a Nice Day" I think it was called, it's a
great read.

Yeah, well, from what I understand, the average pro-wrastler' makes
about as much as the average SubGenius, jack shit. I mean, average, not
a PRO pro wrestler.

I second the endorsement of Foley's book.
And yeah, I know the average pay is bad, BUT getting paid AT ALL for
behaving like that in public is a hoot to even contemplate.

"During the Depression of the '30's, in an hour of apocalyptic
well-being, he had decided that the rats were going to take over after
New York died. Lasting eighteen hours a day, his beat had covered the
breadlines and missions, where he gave comfort, stitched up raggedy
souls. He foresaw nothing but a city of starved corpses, covering the
sidewalks and the grass of the parks, lying belly up in the fountains,
hanging wrynecked from the streetlamps. The city?aybe America, his
horizons didn't extend that far?ould belong to the rats before the
year was out. This being the case, Father Fairing thought it best for
the rats to be given a head start?hich meant conversion to the Roman
Catholic Church..."
