An Edward Ruscha eshibit is coming to DC--
at least they got free art, free music, good restaurants here
There's a basement cafe at the national gallery where
there's a glass wall with a waterfall on the outside,
the base of a fountain on the surface. If you sit by the
falling water for a while, you start to feel that you are rising.
