will be sharing their expertise in the area of the HAARP.
The official purpose of Project HAARP which is based in
Alaska, is said to be for studying the ionosphere in order
to "understand and use it to enhance communications
and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense
purposes." Yet, over the years allegations have
arisen that HAARP is involved in everything from
weather modification to mind control.
Guy Cramer has a new article posted which concludes
that in addition to HAARP, there is another
huge ionospheric array in Alaska. The page also contains
photos, maps, and recommended links from Cramer
and Dr. Joseph Resnick.

You know, HAARP, the Ark of the Covenant, heck
even Monster X; it really doesn't matter what
all those magnificent, reality warping inventions

What matters is what, exactly, are the explicit
circumstances in which whoever, most likely the
President, authorizes "release".
Seriously, HAARP has just sat there for years,
a research oddity of maybe incredible destructive
power, maybe not. But it will never matter one
whit IF THEY NEVER USE THE DAMN THING.
The Iraq war was wasn't BIG enough for them to use
ANYTHING really cool and original. Nope, almost
everything was just the usual shit, maybe the new
version, but nothing really hair-raising. What?
Drone aircraft? Primitive ground robots? This
is NOT what I would hope would be fielded by a
country obsessed with science fiction since the
1900s.
Okay, so what is? Iran? China? Alien invaders?
Inter-dimensional flesh-easting zombie leprachauns
from the netherworld? The anti-Christ? When do
they unveil the super-secret ULTRA WEAPON that will
disintigrate entire enemy armies with a single
"pfut!"? And NOT just unveil it, but USE THE DAMN
THING!
The US HAS built all kinds of strange stuff, from
the ELF antenna and the SOSUS grids, to enormous
and unused underground cities. So WTF? We have
the technology, we spend the bucks. We've built
conventional armies big enough to invade Mars. So
when are we going to use it?
