Sometimes it seems that the church is from a rich Dutch family. Not for the

Neat trick for taking flash pictures through glass:
Stick a rubber lens hood on yer camera (if it'll take one)
and press it against the glass when you take the shot.
That'll stop the glass from reflecting the flash.
Works great for flash photography in aquariums too.

I s'pose you could use your hand, cupped around the lens
instead of a rubber lens hood in a pinch.

This is the sort of $89 camera that has not so much a lens as a tiny
bump of plastic poking a millimeter out from a sheer flat face.

I usually shoot glassed-in objects from the side so the flash isn't
bouncing right back from center into the lense.

The problem with these pics is also a much brighter bunch of shops
directly across a very narrow street from this window.

The other problem with them is that I still really covet those damn
toys. But they would hardy be worth having unless you had the WHOLE
SET, which would cost several hundred bucks. I have to save up for that
concrete gorilla. The gorilla is only $600 but the SHIPPING! YIKES!

Now that I think back, as best I can, another problem with the photos
might have been the G13 crossed with the White Widow crossed with the
Bubble Gum crossed with the Grey Haze cut with the Jack Flash mixed
with Northern Lights and some Jack Herer and Hindu Kush, with a taste
of First Lady and Four Way. Fruity Juice and Sensi Skunk, with a last
little smattering of Shitty Dirt Weed, might have also had something to
do with it. All of the above names are registered trademarks,
incidentally, except for Shitty Dirt Weed. "Shitty KANSAS Dirt Weed"
probably IS a trademark, however.

Polarized filters are good for this too.

I rooted around for a while, but never found a place that was actually
selling these, just a site showing them off. Any leads on that'un? I
need a few to viciously attack and kill my Hummels.
