Trying to the Bellsouth Apex of 24k
dialup.
First attempt 5:43pm 9.6k
5:44pm 115.2k WOW!
All that on a 56k dialup modem. Maybe
they misplaced the decimal point and it
was 1.152k?
5:45 16.8k
5:46 9.6k
5:47 14.4k
5:48 19.2k
5:49 14.4k
5:50 16.8k
5.51 14.4k
5:52 12.0k Good
to see a zero in that. Maybe they
should make it their logo?
5:53 14.4k
5:54 14.4k
Break time. Perhaps while I rest
Bellsouth will tighten up the string on
the Dixie Cups.
7:03 PM 16.8k
7:04 APEX! 24.0
Oh, no, no just kidding I guess.
7:05 Disconnected
7:06 24.0 APEX AGAIN!
I think it might even be a "take." Still connected
at 7:46pm BZ Bellsouth, BZ!

I downloaded some XP patches this morning that
took over 6 hours with Bell's laughable connection speed.
But for some reason they actually kept me connected
for that. So, maybe now they think I owe them something.

Well at least if it's gonna be slow, here's hoping it keeps you
connected solidly.
