I have seen these guys on TV. They set up a half dozen guys to come to
the same place one after the other and confronted them with video
cameras asking them if they came there to have sex with a child. They
tend to make up pathetically lame responses like "Isn't this Dave's
house?" and "My car broke down and I wanted to use the phone."

There seems to be some debate about this org,
and whether they blow ongoing police
investigations and immunize pervs against
prosecution. Being publicly humiliated is a
far cry from serving 20 years in a federal
prison.
But this could also be sour grapes on the part
of police orgs because these guys easily expose
pervs the police haven't noticed.
