Well, I give up! Plus, I don't care anymore.

They have so many good stores here, like
http://www.deandeluca.com/

And mid-February they're opening a Wegmans
http://www.wegmans.com/news/flash/futureStores.asp

Besides, I love recreational cooking!
I figure that as long as I don't have to get around on a golf cart like
http://www.kpauls.com/

I ride a bike everywhere.

I think that I have hypoglycemia, so I have to snack small snacks often.

I'm not supposed to eat more than 5 slices of bread or equivalent carbs,
three eggs a week, no butter, no peanuts or peanut oil, no ice cream, no butter!
No ice cream is the hardest, although maybe not. It's the linguine and clam sauce
that I still have about once a month.

I have a postage scale, but I don't weigh my food. Maybe I should start,
but that sure takes the fun out of it!

At 6'2" 260lbs. I can still run 100yds under ten seconds,when I can't then I'll worry!

Or have another beer!
