Tomorrow night will be live only in rerun. WCSB will theoretically be
running #976 tomorrow night, the third of the EuroTour-derived
episodes, this one using material in the general categories of surreal
weirdness and "J-2Pay-Z," nudge nudge wink wink.
It will be live in that many of the chunks of it were once live, on
Free Radio Patapoe in Amsterdam, on Lord Yeti's show, with the mike
being shared by a subbasement pirate studio full of British, Dutch,
Finnish and American SubGenii of many sizes.
We only go into the studio and do live shows when the weather is decent
and/or when I'm really behind, and/or when it gets to where Dave will
probably explode if we don't do a show.
The weather is not particulary decent this weekend and Dave already did
a live music show Thursday at a bar so it's a brand new live broadcast
of old live broaccasts rearranged inside my computer, much for the
better, I assure you.
WCSB is on #976, and that's after skipping some shows. Whereas I just
mailed out 980 last week.
Remember, other episodes of the show stream from wrek.org at midnight
Saturday and from several of the other college station's streams. Also,
WREK archives all their shows in RM for a week or two, so you can catch
both Hour of Slack AND Susie the Floosy's show (and/or Lymph Node
Institute, as they alternate). AND kpfa.org or kpfa.net, whatever has
the Puzzling Evidence show live and archived.
I know *I* can't keep up with all of it. I barely have time to listen
to the show I'm editing WHILE I'm editing it.
But thanks for asking.
Also the MP3 disks available by mail. Those are my favorite means of
free distribution of the show since they aren't free. But boy they sure
are convenient. For me anyway.
Shit that reminds me, I have to upload another one to radio4all. 979, a
rerun of a Susie show about The Future -- WHICH I DOWNLOADED OFF
WREK.ORG! And it was a good enough quality file that I went and
re-broadcasted it.
Good enough for MY speakers anyway.
