Drivers License Renewal

Welcome to the online Drivers License Renewal System. Over the next few
months, here at the Ontario Ministry of Transportation we will be
updating our license database system. We need to you to confirm your
information to our system within 30 (thirty) days of receiving this
message or your Ontario Drivers License will be suspended until you
confirm. Failure to confirm after 90 (ninety) days will result in your
license being revoked. Confirming your license information is easy and
you can do this in a number of ways:

* Snail Mail
* Fax
* Phone
* Online

Snail Mail
You can also complete your renewal by mail. You will need to send the
following information:
Full Name
Drivers License Number
Birth Date
Phone Number (optional)

You can send the above information to:
Ministry of Transportation

Toronto, Ontario M7A 1Z8
Fax
You can fax your renewal application to (416) 327-9188. Be sure to
include all the information specified above.
Phone
You can phone in your information by calling (416) 327-1824.

Completing your renewal online is the easiest and fastest way to confirm
