Furry, and cosplay. The character she dressed up as is Felicia, from
the "Dalkstalkers" videogame.
Lemme explan:
Furry: Person that likes to dress up in animal mascot costume. Usually
to "fit in" with those of the furry mindstate, often gains sexual
arousal from the adopted persona. Some truly believe that deep down,
they are the cartoon animal they portray. Watched too much "Tiny
Toons" as a child.
Cosplayer: Person that likes to dress up like a character from a
japanese anime (cartoon), manga (comic book) or video game (video
game). Usually to fit in with other fans of those genre (said fans
often refer to themselves as "otaku" which means "pervert" in
japanese). Many are turned on by japanese characters. Watched too much
Dragonball Z/Sailor Moon/Gundam Wing/ect/ect/ect. as a child.
Sometimes, the lines between furries and cosplayers blur, such as the
case when one's beloved character is Sonic the Hedgehog, Pikachu, or
in the case of the pic, Felicia, the werecatwoman.

Colossal Moron: A person who begs for sterilization by dressing up as
anything, unless its for a Devival. I'm harsh, but I am fair. "Hi! I
dress as (an Ewok/Klingon/Dalek/other ass-target) on the weekends and I
VOTE!" Ayuh. Read or die. Said the 6'4", 300-pound pile of crazy hippie
meat with the "Bob" tattoo on his right bicep.
"Benson,
you are so free of the ravages of intelligence."

this should be one of the semi-official SIGNS OF THE END TIMES; when you
see Furries walkin' the streets. if the bank clerk is dressed up as a
giant teddy bear, i'm gonna keep my money under my bed, wrapped in a sock.
jesus that's scary. Cops dressed like wolves, fangs and all.
