Apparently the rain in Los Angeles has caused people to begin using
umbrellas TO KEEP DRY. That's right folks, the news anchorwoman
reported, on the news!, that people have been using these devices to
keep the rain from falling upon their bodies. With live images!

However, none of the news reporters actually had umbrellas, themselves,
so this must be a LATE BREAKING STORY!

Tune in to Action News at 10 for a report on rubber footwear that may
keep your feet dry. ...or KILL YOU!

OMG, it goes on and on... apparently the Doppler radar shows that the
rain is "disorganized".
