I concer with the learned Sir Pramer. Water is rarely water. There is a
symposium every year on (at least) 8 megohm water, ie. very pure water. You
don't get this out of your tap. Water is quite likely to join with other
stuff, rust for instance, and mechanically combine with other stuff.

apparently solutions have been diluted to the point where there is Very
unlikely to be Any molecules of the 'active' ingredient in the final
solution - yet it will reliably cause observable changes - we are
talking about biological reactions under a microscope - not trials on
people that are prone to the placebo effect (another bit of daily magic
they ignore...)
btw the resercher set out to finally disprove this hemopathic fraud;)
