A Sub-Genius cookbook.

That would be pretty cool, right?

Someone ought to do that.

Some of the recipes would be yummy.
Some of the recipes would be awful.
Some of the recipes would be hallucigenic.
Some of the recipes would be poisonous.
And some of the recipes would make you
go "Weeeeeeeeeeeeee!" all over town.

SUBGENIUS WIKI CATEGORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why sure. All my relatives' churches have done fundraiser cookbooks.
They always wind up with a bunch of the same recipes.

Some company out there has a template for these and prints them for
fundraisers.

Strangely enough, Palmer Press, once operated by St. Ray Palmer and
publisher of magazines like Search and Flying Saucers, and books like He
Walked The Americas and Oahspe, derives most of their current business
from the fundraising cookbook trade.

That's a really stupid idea.

Sister Pickle's Baked Ziti Recipe:

1 lb. Rigatoni
1 large jar of spaghetti sauce (or 2 quarts of homemade sauce as i
prefer)
3 Hot Italian Sausages
1/2 lb of Mozzerella
2 Cups of Ricotta
1 Egg
1/4 teaspoon of Basil
1/4 teaspoon of Oregano
Locatelli Romano, Reggiano or Parmesan cheese to taste

Squeeeeeze sausage meat out of casings and fry for 30-40 minutes.
Discard casings... do not attempt to reuse as condoms you cheap
bastards. Remove and drain excess oil and food process/chop sausages to
pulverize.

Warm sauce in a saucepan

Parboil Rigatoni to just before "al dente" (about 8-10 minutes...
taste, do not throw against wall to see if it sticks)

Mix in a large glass bowl; mozzerella (reserve about 2 oz for topping),
ricotta, egg, basil & oregano (no licking of fingers or bowl due to
possible salmonella contamination)

In a large Pasta Bowl combine/toss in the Rigatoni, Sauce, Sausages and
Cheese mixture

Transfer the ingredients to a large deep dish lasagna pan or casserole,
sprinkle remaining 2 oz of Mozzerella and Parmesan/Romano on top

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, remove
foil and continue baking uncovered for 15 more minutes.

Serves 6-8 or 2 Yetisyni.

Serve with a nice chianti...................oooops wrong recipe!
