How am I supposed to decide between Peter Falk as a crossdressing angel
and Kelsey Grammer as a singing dancing Ebenezer Scrooge?? How can
ANYBODY decide which of those two not to watch???

Easy choice, what with the Perry Como and Dolly
Parton Family Xmas Extravaganza-At-Home Special.

The Special Guest Star this year is George Bush!

Its easy. Just drop trou, wet your butt and sit down firmly on a
DieHard battery. When you smell smoke, stand up again. Peter who?
Grammer what? Problem solved.

My prayers have been answered. I was just thinking to myself, what this
world needs now, much more tham peace, love and understanding is another
gooey version of a movie that talks about peace, love and understanding.

Now if they have done a version with Scrooge as an exec at WalMart... oh
wait Bill Murray did that five years ago. America has simply run out of
ideas when is comes to making mass marketed movies.

Now my idea of a Christmas movie would be set in Iraq, with a wonderful
fresh covering of sand instead of snow and the houses all decorated in a
lovely blood red and and gangrene.

Happy Ramadanamas.

The first version I saw was the cartoon with Mr. Magoo. I still think this
was one of the best ways to introduce a kid to the Christmas Carol.

Yeah and what have they done with Mr. Magoo? Probably being detained at
Gitmo.

Last I heard of Mr. Magoo he was living outside of Phoenix. He worked at a
friends souvenir shop on weekends and worked with the local little theatre.
He's got a few scripts out there though.
