Police are looking for a man with an apparent foot
fetish who is approaching strangers in public
places and sucking their toes, investigators said
today.
As many as a dozen women in the St. Louis area have
reported having had encounters with the clean-cut
man in his 30s during the past six months, police
said.
A couple of his potential victims became leery and
ran away after he began talking to them, but the
others told police he put their feet in his mouth,
