So an atheist can be an agnostic? I lean the other way. An agnostic is a
theist looking for a backdoor into Heaven.

Can you see you god? If not, it's invisible. Can it do "miracles" by
magic? Then it is magic. Does it exist? Then it is Be-ing.

It boils down to this: show me a god, or god bones, or something real
that I can examine, and someone else can examine, that even hints at a
clue hidden in a mystery that approaches the possibility of occurring by
magic and you will convert many atheists into agnostics. Measure my
aura, weigh my soul (I know they say they did that one), find a unicorn
or a monster, find Titan bones, prove a world wide flood (and find the
Chinese Ark), find a Jesus or a Paul, show me an alien, or evidence of a
spaceship, dig a hole until you get to hell, move something using your
mind, tell me next year's Oscar winner, make it rain, explain cricket,
ANYTHING!!! Or Kill Me.

As an agnostic does not, as a matter of principle, accept the validity
of the unproven, you will have to prove that there is a heaven before
any agnostics will knock on its gates, front of back.

In other news, I had wild unlawful carnal knowledge three times this
weekend with a woman not my wife. She said "OHGODOHGOD!" quite a bit, so
I am not quite as close to true Agnosticism as I would like to be. That
would seem.... rude. Also note that I did not have the poor taste to use
the term "cock ring." Thank you and may God bless.

An agnostic:

a person who believes that it is self-evient that all human are
endowed by what they perceive as their creator, with bunches of
rights that no form of government can ever legitimately take.

A short abridged list of these rights is:
1) Life
2) Liberty
3) The pursuit of happiness

{NOTE: the posting of this abridged list
does not in anyway imply that many other unamed rights,
equally as important as the listed ones, and equally removed
from the actions of the State, do not also exist.)

That whenever a government

falls into dementia caused by unrestrained powermongery, and strts
implying that people should become killers of other people because
their perceved creator has higher standars of morality than the
forces others believe created them have;

or starts to imply that:

some pursuits of happiness violate the prissy morality
of somebody else's god,
and that individuals must immediately
cease and desist in these actions
under threat of life, liberty and/or property for noncompliance;

it's time to round all politicans,
throw em into abu Ghraib,
hire some ex chilean Intelligence Officers
who have been hiding out in Belarus for the last 12 years,
and give those crazed bastards free reign
over the herd of pompous power-crazed ass-ponies.
