the ten privates are chosen randomly from the gene pool; it doesn't
really matter, people are all the same. People are people...
If one fucks up, you don't kill him or anything subordinate like that,
you just dock his pay by 100% for the duration of the job. If he don't
like it he can go find a new one. I don't work with women.
