Algosar Pecan Pie

Algosar Pecan Pie
----------------
3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1Ž2 tsp salt
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup pecan halves or pieces
Combine first five ingredients.
Stir in pecans. Pour into shell, and
bake at 375°F for 40 to 45 minutes.

A little lime or lemon zest can kick it right over the top.

NOTED.

I went on a Pecan Pie binge last year, making one every couple of weeks
for a while. Sometimes it's good to have a dessert which leaves you
utterly sated. I could eat three or four donuts, but one little piece
of pecan pie makes me say NO MORE PLEASE.
