Well, there goes any quaint notion of Germans being logical. Taxing
home computers to support public television is like watching reruns of

That only matters to Germans who have a computer but don't have a TV.
See, they have to pay a stupid fucking tax on their TVs for access to
public TV. Same in most of Europe.
