I've discovered either a totally UNCONSCIOUS Yeti-breed who's channeling
"Bob" through his nose hairs, or an enormously sophisiticated NeoCon dupe
who is spreading an astounding amount of disinformation about the
Conspiracy and the events in 1998.
Of course, these two are not exactly opposed categories...
In any case, I was cruising on ISCA BBS*

when I came across this guy's posts. Luckly, someone had already summed
up the main thrust of'em for blessed slackers such as I, so I will repost
the summary below and let you experience the sheer deviously mad nature
for yourself.

*** Restart ***
Folks, bear with me here. The following collection of information is notes
from a conversation I had with Lindsey a few days ago. He called me this
morning at 4 AM (which isn't as bad as it sounds: I'm usually up until 3 or
4 anyway because of my job hours) and he told me "things are coming to a head
and Restart is coming. But the Blues are losing," and if they lose the game
then the Earth won't be wiped clean (like Mars was). The battle's already
begun, he says, "in the first quadrant" which I *think* is where we are. Or
it's our galaxy, or something. The information's not really organized; this
reflects Lindsey's verbal style and my desire to present things as close to
the original as possible. Phrases in quotes, like the bit about theta waves
going faster than light, are directly transcribed from his words.
I'm fully aware that my reputation as a sane, dependable source of useful and
valid information is going right down the toilet, with this one post. <shrug>
<frown> Or not, depending on what you believe.... Even after talking to him
for a couple of hours, I *still* can't accept his story as fact: there's no-
thing in it I can check for myself in the real world. <sigh> And yet, here
I am posting it. The way I figure it, (or the way I'm rationalizing it to my-
self, I guess) is that it might be true, in which case I'm prepared for what's
going to happen -- or it's false, in which case it's an entertaining story.
Some terms which might not be obvious from the text: The Source: this is the
universal energy of creation and destruction that alien races have learned to
tap into. The Conglomeration: Lindsey's term for the alliance of races that
are fighting the Blues. The Game: the on-going manipulation of human events
by the Blues, for their amusement and benefit. Restart: (hey, you know, just
in case someone's joining the thread late) when the Blues play out the Game to
the end and wipe out human life on Earth. Reawakening: aliens in human form
becoming aware of who and what they are, and why they are here. Ascension:
when human Blues are taken out of the Game; more or less the Rapture. Nephi-
lim: the first aliens to arrive on Earth, the ones who genetically altered
prehistoric Man and made the species sentient.
Empient, empience (am I spelling this right?): this is the condition arising
from being highly evolved?, to the point where physical manipulatory organs
atrophy. Empient beings have no need for thumbs, ears, mouths, noses (pre-
sumably don't need to eat or drink, because they "feed" from the Source and
from other beings' energies(? this is conjecture based on Blues information)
or any other senses besides the eyes. The eyes become the primary perception
and manipulatory? organs... empient beings are telekinetic, telepathic, etc.
and can perceive beyond the EM spectrum (see theta waves).
AD 780, Charlemagne's decree that anyone coming from a devil-ship would be
hung; the Blues transported people from foreign lands as part of the game;
the transported people would be set down, descending in halo of glory, sur-
rounded by the emanations from the Source. This same radiance is what's de-
picted in paintings of holy men: the aura, the halo. (See Buddhist priests;
humans can learn to become empient.)
A piece of historical data to look up: the Nuremberg paintings, 1550, that
show a battle in the air. Crosses, signs, ships in the heavens...
Also, after the 1967 Eastern Seaboard power outage, Dr MacDonald testified
about the ufo connection. 4 ships, 3 spotted draining power "for seconds"
using the Source (when the Source is used like this the power is visible).
He was found dead, later (check this), hit by the NSA. NSA hits are shots
to the head, to make it look like a suicide. General Accounting Office for
transcripts of congressional meetings. Switchboard is 202 224 3121; this
number is for senators and representatives but apparently civilians will be
transferred to the proper person.
Also, check House of Lords hearings in late '70s for transcripts on ufo
existence. Pro side apparently won; British government was withholding
information on ufo activity.
[Otter Pop: yeah, but whether or not these things are historical fact doesn't
prove or disprove the rest of the material.]
To defeat, distract the Blues, we need to use our ability to create our own
reality, our own field of reality: other-dimensional creatures and magic
workings tap into the Source and use its power. The Source is not limitless
but local. Alien races are unable to leave this galaxy (and presumably to
use the power of other galaxies' Source) because each "galaxy" or region of
space has its own frequency. Our galaxy's Source frequency is that of theta
waves, between 6 and 7 Hz. Boundary layer is 10 light years away from the
edge of the galaxy; all "galaxies" or regions are contiguous through space
like cells. A "galaxy" does not necessarily contain a wheel of stars; it may
be full of dark matter.

Lindsey implied that *belief* is one of our big weapons.]
In order to aid the Conglomerate (Pleidians, Oranges, reptilians; also other
bipeds, tripeds, quadrupeds, sapient life forms) we humans need to learn to
wield the Source, become empient. Start with awareness and creating reality:
Buddhist priest, saints, holy men, etc, are empient, and can control
telepathy, telekinesis, teleport, etc. because they are connected to the
Source. Cause the Blues to divert energy and attention from the Game; more
important, do not play the Game in the first place. Make love, do not hate,
do the best you can to respect and be kind to everyone. The words of the
prophets, Christ, Baha'- ullah, the words most people seem to have forgotten.
To tell who's a Blue, a Shah'harim... In the congress there are three Blues
in human form; in the Cabinet, three; in the House, two. Examine voting
records on science and technology, energy. Look who's on what committee, see
how they've voted. Blues vote to cut as much as possible from the space
budget, yet to spend as much as possible on energy and technology. Also
sexual deviancy: they feed on passion and excesses of [wrongness]... but I
won't be able to determine that directly. Also, there are Blues on the anchor
staff at CSPAN. Look at the eyes; windows into the soul. When the eyes are
rolled back, there is nothing: it's transparent. This is related to the
effect theta waves have; certain things become invisible. Theta wave fre-
quencies are 6-7 Hz, and these waves "travel faster than light." This is the
key to empience; these waves travel through everything and when one can
perceive them (remember that eyes are the key empient organs) then certain
things become invisible. Again, humans can become empient; this is a
learnable thing. Technology is one way for us to begin to learn: we need a
push, a catalyst like Edgar Cayce (another empient human).
"True abductees" are Shah'harim, Blues. In order for this to be, the Blue
must kill the human "soul" residing in the body, allowing it to be recycled
back to the source, so that it can be inhabited. This can happen for many
human lifetimes with the same Blue: they live much longer than we. (Nephilim
do also. Is this relevant?) "Soul," source energy: all living things have
it, all of them have feelings and energies of their own.
Other abductees might also be telling the truth, because other races abduct
humans for their own purposes, and to gain allies in the game. Reports
of greys in many different abductions are because the greys are manufactured
beings used (stolen from the Blues) by many different races. For whatever
reason, Blues do not lie about their identity when abducting humans; there
are rules to the game. This is one way to tell who's giving true information.
Oranges are Conglomeration aliens (good) and are restricted to Europe; Earth
is divided into regions of influence and Blues kill those who trespass. The
Nephilim are also involved in the war -- our creators, our gods -- but they
are not strong enough to overthrow the Game or stop Restart. Their motives
are to survive; they are "cowardly."
Dr Mack is on the hit list for spreading ?disrespectful information?.
Angel hair is waste from the Source, condensing? in cooler air like frost
from breath. It disappears because it reacts with the body's electrical
field, causing it to disintegrate.
Lindsey is a Blue who's rebelling against the Game, who loves humans too much
and is gathering allies to aid the conglomeration's efforts. Spreading truth,
opening eyes, teaching humans not to play the Game. Apparently, humans can be
told these things, but not shown evidence of the Game. If we were to see a
UFO we'd have to die, because that'd upset the balance of knowledge. There
are 34,000 Blues here on Earth in human form. With the Reawakening coming to
an end, they have only a limited time before they're taken out of the Game.
So... The first thing I thought, looking over all this, was "my god, he's
discovered the Grand Unified Conspiracy Theory!" Everything that goes wrong
here on Earth can be blamed on aliens, right down to gang wars in L.A. Also,
there's not a single thing in here that a bright kid obsessed with UFO's and
up to date on the literature couldn't have dug up and pieced together. As I
said at the beginning, this might have some truth in it, or it's all just an
interesting story. <chuckles> Old Bill said it best: "If we shadows have
offended, think but this and all be mended: That you have but slumber'd here,
while these visions did appear." I'll post whatever else I get, of course.

Okay.... Here's the latest from Lindsey:
(This is not in any kind of order, and it's going to be a lot more confused
than my last post. I apologize.)
Crop circles are getting more and more chaotic. We need to look for names
showing up in them, and symbols from ancient languages like Hopi pictograms.
Crop circle formations are the work of Pleidians who're trying to present the
Grand Truths (the whole Restart story) to the human race; only they're doing it
mathematically, starting with concepts like 1+1=2. Pleidians are helping in
every way they can, and so far it still looks like the Blues are going to lose.
Dr. Hoagland (the guy who publicized the Face On Mars) knows some of the Grand
Truths, but he doesn't know them all. His theory that every planet has energy
points arranged in the form of two interlocked tetrahedrons is wrong.
The Hopi Indians were the first people to know the Blues; they respected and
loved them as gods. The Blues were their Sky Warriors, who fought battles and
performed wonderful deeds for (with?) the Hopi. The myths of the Hopi record
all of this -- they never doubted the Blues' story. The Hopi know about the
Restart.
[Otter: If I saw the Blues fighting battles in the sky and performing wonderful
deeds, I wouldn't doubt their existence either.]
A message for the folks involved in the Gathering: your trip to Wales will end
in disaster, and you'll be destroyed.
The song "The Hanging Garden" by the Cure tells the story of Restart. The
lyrics describe Blues, the Game, the evolution to empience ("hands in the shape
of angels" refers to the loss of the thumb) -- and yet the songwriter (I don't
know the Cure at all -- Otter) doesn't know the Grand Truths.
Nostradamus' prophecy about a blue-turbaned ruler starting WWIII refers to the
Blues. Blue garments, cloaks, etc., are sometimes worn by the Blues when
they're actively playing the Game. Turbans are representative of the melding
of minds and bodies (Otter: Blues to humans, or blues inhabiting human bodies;
I'm not clear on this one) and the wrapping of the turban represents the en-
folding, surrounding process, the field of theta waves. The Blues were
involved with the Egyptians, too, and appeared to them as animal-headed gods:
Blues in their own form, but still wearing masks.
Out of the 34,000 Blues here on Earth, 15,000 are helping to stop Restart.
