This is the spectacular view of Dobbstown that you first see when you disembark from the helicopter. I went back to the landing pad on our second day there, because we were blessed with beautiful weather. You could see for miles. And the Major Dobbstown Pyramid is more than a mile high. The Palace of Dobbs itself rears up nearly 3,000 feet. The Lesser Major Dobbstown Pyramid is taller than the Washington Monument and the Pipe Pyramids, looking like toys here, are actually exactly as large as the Great Pyramid at Ghiza. The Red Pyramid is only about 15 stories high. But the restaurant at the top serves some amazing drinks, utilizing herbs not usually employed in U.S. bars.
