i think that roll of quarters was because they wanted to play the "Next

All very mundane and normal when placed alongside the sub-subsection
heading in the Book of the SubGenius. So what's the big deal? If they
ewre so fucking newsworthy, how come they had to die to get heard of?
Compare with the fact that WE got mentioned on the NPR show about them,
and nobody had to die to do it. That death shit sucks. It's for weakling
cults that can't make news any other way.
I guess humans have been acculturated to worshiping things that die.
It seems to rub off awful easy. For my money, these bozos are no longer
viable brain food. I mean, I appreciate having less competition for True
Believers and all, but they've gone and offed themselves, making them
out to have been much less competition in the first place.
