Nah. They just flop around in short bounces. What they tell you is
that they're ``working they're way up to it'', and you should just
see how good some other guy (who's not there at the moment), can
do it. Also that if you really want to know about that stuff, you
should fork up some $$ and they'll start you on a training course
or let you into the inner outer sanctum, or whatever.
