Get 6 or 8 cooperative helpers.
Wait for a local election, one where those local political signs start going
up in everyone's yard that say "DEL MUNCHKINI for Councilor". About the time
of the evening meal, when many people should be home, and the sun hasn't quite
set yet, go out with your helpers.
Whenever you get to a sign, all kneel in a group and bow repeatedly to the
sign (25 to 50 times) chanting the name on the sign over and over.
Then get up and go to the next sign.
Repeat process.
