Just to put a name on it, this is the John Birch Society party line.
See "None Dare Call it Conspiracy", a John Birch publication (a small
book, I found mine in a Goodwill store in Santa Monica.) They trace
the conspiracy back to the Rothschilds and then follow forward with
the whole International Jewish Banking Conspiracy party line (yes
folks, the USSR is a JOOSH plot! But then again, the JB'ers will argue
that Adolph Hitler and the Nazi Party were a JOOSH plot having been
bankrolled by a certain Andrew Warburg, American JOO and International
financier extraordinaire'.)
Identifying characteristics of JB purity are harpings on the "Council
on Foreign Relations", usually pointing out that Henry Kissinger was a
big-shot member before joining the Nixon camp (and we all know what
Henry worships...tall beautiful women he doesn't deserve by a long
shot, but they say he's a good dancer, and we all know that good
dancers are great in the sack, no mystery there.)
I think the JBS has gotten a bum rap, most people seem to think of
them as a sort of Republican wing of the VFW and pretty mainline.
That's unfair, they are true wild-eyed ranters of the most dangerous
sort.
Note: Don't confuse "None Dare Call it Conspiracy" with a somewhat
milder rant "None Dare Call it Treason" written by Everett Dirksen, US
Senator for many years. I've never read the latter tho I suspect it's
fairly straight commie-bashing, probably in all the bathrooms at the
White House these days. I add that because I invariably get back the
"wasn't that written by some senator, they made me read that when I
was in grade school in Iowa...", almost certainly the latter.
