Today on ABC news they were discussing the amendments added on to the "War
on Drugs Bill". Apparently Crack is so bad they have to wipe their ass
on the Constitution. Check it-
1) CIVIL fines of up to $10000 for possession of ANY amount of any illicit
substance. Since it's in civil court, you can't get an appointed lawyer,
and you need less evidence for conviction (actually, I heard about this
somewhere else a couple of days ago.)
2) Federal laws coercing states to revoke driver's licenses for drug offenders.
3) Convicted drug offenders lose all gov't aid, including VA benefits and
student loans. (That'l keep 'em honest!)
4) Admission of illegal obtained evidence into courts.
I don't think ol' Lyndon LaRoach could do a better job himself. Of course,
it doesn't apply to homosexuals, cultists, commies or liberals - at least until
after the election...
