That really is beside the point, don't you think?
Hardly. I find it hysterical when some fuckhead cop screws some
fuckhead who was almost certainly in the process of committing a
crime. There's a certain cynical beauty in watching the inevitable
fighting between the political dogmatists over "who's right", when it
is clear as fetus pee that the world would be better off if *both* of
them were deep-sixed.
And isn't it in service of natural selection if some guy was foolish
to actually get caught with his dope money on him?
Or are you comfortable with the idea that the state can confiscate all
your money unless you can *prove* you have a good reason for having it?
Let me let you in on a secret: The state can do so, and always will be
able to do so, because the state has more guns than I can ever hope to
own, and always will. And even worse, the *mob* can do so too. (I
fear the mob more, because the state (at least in principle) admits
that I have rights; the mob admits no rights if it doesn't like you.)
I expected more from subgenius types.
The secret of the true SubGenius political system of Patrio-Psychotic
Anarcho-Materialism(TM) is that it removes all of these rediculous
concepts of inalienable rights and such (which lead to outbursts of
righteous indignation), and replaces them with the concept of Pure
Force. Or, "The rat that hides well lives longer than the rat that
explains to the exterminator why he has no right to kill rats."
