The copies I have give two addresses. "Chick Publications, POB 662, Chino CA
91710" says to "send $5.00 for sample assortment and price list". But in
small print you find the Administrative Offices at "8780 Archibald,
Cucamonga CA 91730". (Always wondered what went on in Cucamonga.)
They also have addresses of international distributors in Canada, New Zealand,
England, and Australia. (Thy even publish these in German, you know.) They
also give a phone number (714-987-0771).
Start building your collection now. Women are fascinated by these things,
