i'm just hearing this story now on NPR via Armed Forces Network.

apparently the monks had enough slack that they weren't fazed a bit.
spectators were upset, cuz this weren't the show they Paid For.

the wheel of time should be re-done within two weeks.

lessee, some other wierd i've heard:
``pray to God that tourism will return to normal''
-- some morrocan complaining about their economy

``Crickets: part of a nutritious diet.''
here's a recipe for bee brood:
take the raw honeycomb containing pupae, wrap in cheesecloth, and
squeeze all the liquid out. fry in pan until golden brown.
tastes just like eggs!
also,
``American eat about one pound of insects per year''
this goes with dr.y.foo's previous post on insect parts.
from "butterflies in my stomach: insects in human nutrition"
(forthcoming)(as heard in interview with author on CSM)

``Everything gives you cancer'' -- Joe Jackson
when this came on the jukebox, there was no more question about it,
and i bought a pack of zigaretten. omen of deliberation.

year 2050: 10 gigahumans? according to UN.

sometimes mainstreem media is surprizing.

`"Reficing reality since 1972"'
, Toast.
