Subject: looking for gobs and gobs of text
I'm looking for two references, one is a reference to the trial where
the defendant supposedly used an overdose of Twinkies (TM) snack
cakes as a defense for murder.
THe other is the list of words which used to be trademarks but which
have become "public domain" words because of their overuse. I remember
that the article (posted here) contained references to products which
are now in danger of this, including Xerox (as in "to Xerox") and
Kleenex.
Please mail directly to me if you can. My address appears in my .sig.
Replies are appreciated.
