Actually, Owens-Corning only has a trademark on the COLOR pink in
connection with fiberglas. NutraSweet was unable to get the color
blue for themselves, however.
I think it should be a Mission of the Church to use the words
"kleenex", "xerox", and "coke" to refer to generic items rather than
the companies ALL the time. If we do it enough, they can lose their
trademark!
