} British Rail train drivers are threatening to strike and to refuse to
} drive their trains because they say the tracks are dangerous. They have
} noticed that as they look ahead from their cab, the lines get narrower
} in the distance. Their concern is that with the fixed, broad gauge,
} rolling stock the trains will become unstable. BR engineers are looking
} to import some advanced technology from Manila designed to keep
