I further just noticed that "To get people and computers working together" is
also trademarked by Lotus, so watch what you do out there. At least now, if
someone complains about any user interface design I create, I can give the
excuse that I don't want to be sued by Lotus.

I just received some promotional garbage from Lotus, and it has the interesting
sentence, "Lotus (r) 1-2-3 (r), the World's Most Popular Spreadsheet (tm),
runs on all major platforms." Yes, that's right, the phrase "World's Most
Popular Spreadsheet" is trademarked. Great concept... Me, I think the church
of the SubG should trademark "World's Most Popular Salesman" NOW, before anyone
else can horn in on Dobbs' turf.
