I heard that all tourists were forbidden to enter the Houston city limits due to the free distribution of creamy peanut butter by illegal vendors.
Word is that the CPB problem has risen above all other illicit substances in the Houston area, especially at NASA.

ON-LINE COUNSELING CUTS COSTS. Computerized psychotherapy is here,
and companies are finding it a cost-saving solution for emotionally
troubled employees. Companies like Walt Disney Co. and Pacific Bell
are using a computer program developed at the University of California
at Los Angeles that guides patients through a series of questions and
responses. At the end of the 40-minute session the computer offers a
diagnosis and suggests areas to be worked on. The employee's human
therapist gets a printout that flags danger signs and suggests a
treatment focus. (St. Petersburg Times 5/19/93 E2)
