Bring out your Dead! Yes folks, now you too can be dead. all you have to do
is be unlucky enough to be the victim of a sufficiently brutal crime in any
city or town of the US (or elsewhere). Owning a gun is just a waste of time.
Shooting a criminal won't make you any safer. All that you can do is gather
up enough luck to not get robbed or killed. Just tap in to your friendly
local Luck Plane(tm) and you won't need a gun. Why not sell your gun and buy
something you can really use?

Der Auszug aus dem Autopsie-Bericht Nr. 93-10011 der Polizeibehoerde
von Los Angeles klingt nuechtern. Doch bei dem Drogen-Toten handelt
sich nicht um irgendeinen Junkie, sondern um den 23jaehrigen River
Phoenix, der mit Filmen wie ,,Stand by me'' Millionen Kinofans in aller
Welt begeisterte.
Am 31. Oktober 1993 starb River Phoenix qualvoll auf dem Buergersteig
vor Johnny Depps Club ,,The Viper Room'' in den Armen seiner Schwester
Rainbow (20). Ursache: eine Ueberdosis ''Speedball'', ein teuflischer
Drogen-Cocktail aus Heroin, Valium und Kokain. Den Mix hat River
entweder geschlukt oder geraucht. Wie und wo er sich die toedlisch
Dosis verschafft hat, konnte die Polizei von Los Angeles nicht
klaeren.
Der Schock bei den Fans und in der amerikanischen Oeffentlichkeit war
gross, den River galt als Gesundheitsfanatiker, der sich vegetarisch
ernaehrte und noch nicht einmall Diaet-Cola trank aus Angst vor den
chemischen Zusaetzen. Noch in August sagte River auf einer
Pressekonferenz: ''Ich wuerde nie Drogen nehmen und in den Clubs
verkehren, wo einem das Zeug nachgeworfen wird.''
Was die amerikanische Oeffentlichkeit entsetzte, war Johnny Depps
Stellungnahme weinige Wochen spaeter: ,,Rivers tragischer Tod is fuer
uns ein grosser Verlust, aber das Leben geht weiter...''
Der Fall ,,Phoenix'' zeigt nicht nur, dass hinter den Kulissen von
Hollywood harte Drogen genommen werden, sondern auch die
Gleichgueltigkeit und die Apathie gegenueber denjenigen, die den Drogen
zum Opfer fallen. Das US-Magazin ,,Poeple'' berichtet, dass in den
In-Clubs rund um den Sunset Boulevard von Los Angeles in den
Hinterzimmern Drogen genommen werden. ,,In L.A. gehoert es dazu, dass
die jungen Leute sich for allem mit synthetisch hergestellten Drogen
wie Ecstacy vollpumpen, bevor sie sich dann ins Nachtleben stuerzen,''
schreibt das Magazin. ,,Sie sint jung, reich und wild -- trotz River
Phoenix' Tod geht die grosse Party weiter...''

Remember, all human political divisions are there to blind us---and I mean
US--to our true destiny.
Gun control? The Government must have NO GUNS! The people must have no
guns! Each drunken, stumbling, depression-ridden Sub
must have the ability to wield Instant Nuclear World-Death.
Welfare? Let the pinks work out what they do with each other. Subs
deserve the equivalent of one year's worth of intensive
pink labor for every eye-blink we deign to bestow in this
blighted world. Our goddamn revenge fantasies do more to
keep the peace (such as it is) than all the smarmy peaceniks
AND mature death-dealing hardware COMBINED.
Ecology? Yeti can eat anything, drink anything, mate with anything.
Many of these things Kill Us, but they're in no danger
of Norming us out (this Ultimate Power is reserved
to YOU my friend).
We take great offence at those who would deny us our
sylvan glades, swarming wetlands, zero-gravity sex chambers,
and mutagenic toxic waste dumps. Not only is our ecological
thinking "deep," it's also "cold, too."
