This is only partly true. It connects you to a sandy patch of ground on the
_side_ of the hill, just behind a recently painted park bench, not far from
a bus stop for the #47 (westbound). There's another number for a nice
grassy area on the top of the hill, but the people eating lunch there have
stopped taking calls altogether.
