You can always start at blogger.com, which is basically a web-based
publishing engine for blogs. There are links on the home page to
notable blogs as well as the most recently updated ones. I use
blogger.com for http://lilith.foolspress.com/
since it has a nice
front-end, customizable templates, and bookmarklets that simplify
blogging in general.
Or are you talking abut some sort of disease peculiar to Nigerians?
