No. X-Day will be extended from July 5th to June 23rd, 2007

We will be in our secret bunkers awaiting the end time and that damned Pizza
delivary man!

Hellpope Huey sent around an email with an art attachment that was a
funny joke about X-Day being cancelled. Yet, ironically, one of the
biggest events we have scheduled for the SubGenius Olympics competition
is Conclusion Jumping.

If you've been off alt.slack, you've missed TWO complete take-overs of
the Church! Me, Jesus, Magdalen, all those people who helped with the
books and radio shows -- we're OUT!

The new leaders are Hardly Boffin and Gurdjieff of etc. , although
neither has mentioned the other yet. (Oddly, Purple and J'lahn also
seemingly avoid each other, despite having so much in common.)

Henceforth, SubGenii should please address either or both of those two
New Epopts regarding:

Late Cafe Press orders

Why the Xists Didn't Come in 1998

The new joke you made up and want to sell us, about saying "Bob damn
it" instead of "God damn it"

The missing RAR parts of ARISE on local ISP versions of
alt.binaries.vcd

Your girlfriend's alien abduction story

Damnations of the OGG audio format

Bad normal bands who want to play at X-Day at Brushwood but don't know
who "Bob" is

Complaints about SubGenius kooks

Threats about taking trademark and copyright to court

"Remember me? I'm that guy that wore that weird shirt at that devival.
Say, you played that GREAT song on that Hour of Slack about 10 years
ago, can you make me a copy of that by tomorrow, for my friend's
birthday?"

"Hi! Let's trade links."

New Free Energy theories and Perpetual Motion Machine plans

How Today was Obviously Your Worst Day and Please Stop Xtorture

etc. etc. etc.

All those sorts of queries, reports and demands now go to the new
improved Sacred Scribe(s).

Golly, whatever will I find myself to do, with so much spare time
suddenly? Oh dearie me.

Can we still bitch to you about celebrity normals who bought an Ordainment
Package out of curiosity, and who thusly have become Church "members",
probably even without them realizing it, but who refuse to perform for free
out in the wilderness at X-Day for a bunch of loud heckling drunks?
