This is the new one by the Coen brothers, who did like Fargo and O
Brother Where Art Thou.

Damn this was an excellent movie, and I think it had a slight SubG theme
in it because the main character (Billy Bob Thornton) was slightly
obsessed with Roswell. It's a black and whitey, film noir, set in 1949,
which curiously is the year I was born so it touched of quite a bit of
nostalgie.

It's approximately the same plot as Postman Rings Twice with a
transposed idea or situation here and there. It's one of the few
PERFECT movies made in the last decade. Plus the occasional glimpse of
a flying saucer or saucer like object here and there (to move the plot
along) was positively excremental.

The Coen brothers finally connect with X day mysticism! Huzzah!
