New Heads

Anyone out there have experience with the Wooden Head of Roger Corman?
What do you think: has it the "Bob"-nature?

Also, a Rev X query: I licked the dot, but nothing happened; what's up?

You licked the dot. You *believed*. That's what happened.

We offer a special solstice service in these parts:
ceremonial multiple simultaneous head-launch, with
guest stars--- heads of state, heads of industry.
Sometimes combined with ceremonial group trap shoot.

I knew a young SubGenius woman (repeatedly) who worked
for Corman _without his knowledge_. She had to hide or
act like a messenger whenever he showed up. Mr. C had
set a staffing budget, and the office manager had to
hide her payroll as "postage" or something.

A man that tight... he's gotta have Slack. This deserves
some medidation. He certainly posesses something akin to
a "Bob" nature. There is a considerable body of work to
be considered. Maybe up for Secret Sainthood?

Hell, yeah, he has Slack!

From the comments I've heard from all those billions of stars who started
with Corman, he was indeed Slackful. One thing they repeat: Corman
could have been a great director IF HE WERE PATIENT. But he'd film some
scene, have someone say, "But such-and-such was out of place," and he
just said "so what? I've got two more movies to make this week."

He worked FAST but he wasn't hard to work for. He wasn't obsessed with
getting it right. And he had no shame! He'd exploit ANYTHING to make
another picture. _The Search for Bridey Murphy_ is a best-seller? Make
"The Undead" and frame the story as a woman re-living her past lives...
scantily clad women sell pictures? Make "Saga of the Viking Women and
Their Voyage to the Waters of the Great Sea Serpent" with LOTS of
scantily-clad women!

Further Rev X queries:

What the hell is "futtering"? Something involving a crunt?
Who took the Aluminum out of the Advanced Supersonic Aluminum Nazi Hell
Creatures from Beneath the Hollow Earth?

Stang answers niggling-detail questions:

"Futter" is an extremely archaic, thus polite, term for "fuck." So, yes, in that respect, it pertains to things of a crunt-like nature, indirectly.

It was I who FORGOT the Aluminum. In fact, I had forgotten the Aluminum since 1982 or so... until now. (Note: The Aluminum was originally PUT there by Rev. Tim Crain of the defunct Dallas band, The Pink Boyz. The Hell Creatures ARE aluminum, but we didn't know that until Tim had a vision during a screening of the Taiwanese classic film, INFRAMAN.)

And who put the "Bob" in the "Bob"-She-"Bob"-She-"Bob"?
